HUAWEI FreeClip 2 launches in PH with upgraded open-ear design and smarter audio
HUAWEI introduces the HUAWEI FreeClip 2, the next evolution of open-ear listening designed for users who want premium sound, all-day comfort, and a secure fit that keeps them aware of their surroundings. Built around HUAWEI’s signature Airy C-Bridge Design, the latest model refines the open-ear experience with a lighter structure and intelligent audio enhancements.
Designed for users who move between work, workouts, and social activities, the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 focuses on effortless wear and consistent sound performance. Each earbud weighs just 5.1 grams and is optimized using data from more than 10,000 ear samples to naturally adapt to different ear shapes.
Upgraded Airy C-Bridge Design blends comfort and fashion
The HUAWEI FreeClip 2 builds on its predecessor with a softer, lighter construction made from skin-friendly liquid silicone and a high-performance shape-memory alloy that is 25 percent softer than the previous generation. The upgraded design has been tested to withstand over 25,000 bends, reinforcing durability alongside comfort.
Its Acoustic Ball directs sound precisely toward the ear canal while maintaining an open-ear structure, balanced by a Comfort Bean that distributes pressure evenly behind the ear. The earbuds are available in Denim Blue, White, Black, and Rose Gold, with select variants featuring a fine-grained denim texture on the C-bridge and charging case.
Users can further personalize the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 with interchangeable accessories, including Star, Butterfly, Flake, and Tassel designs. This approach positions the device as both an audio solution and a wearable tech accessory suited for different styles and occasions.
Smarter audio with adaptive AI and all-day battery
The HUAWEI FreeClip 2 features a three-microphone system with a Voice Pick Up bone-conduction microphone and a multi-channel DNN noise-cancellation algorithm. This setup enhances call clarity by isolating voices and minimizing background noise in crowded or outdoor environments.
At its core is HUAWEI’s first dual-diaphragm driver in a True Wireless Stereo design, boosting volume and bass performance by 100 percent compared to the previous generation. An integrated NPU AI Processor enables Adaptive Volume and Adaptive Voice Enhancement, automatically adjusting playback and amplifying voices based on ambient noise.
The earbuds deliver up to nine hours of listening on a single charge and up to 38 hours with the charging case. Fast charging provides up to three hours of playback from a 10-minute charge, while IP57 water resistance offers protection against sweat, splashes, and dust.
The HUAWEI FreeClip 2 officially launches in the Philippines on February 19, 2026. Early buyers at the HUAWEI Online Store can place a PHP 100 deposit starting February 9 to receive PHP 1,000 off, with additional Early Bird Vouchers available across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, along with bundled accessories and flexible installment options.
