The signing is a major leap forward in Vietnam UAV exports, reinforcing the nation’s technological capabilities on the global stage. CT Group’s mastery of core UAV technologies positions it as a strategic driver of innovation in diverse fields such as logistics, agriculture, healthcare, surveillance, and security. Its heavy-duty UAVs, with payload capacities of 60 kg to 300 kg, boast 85% localization and proprietary Vietnamese technology, earning recognition from countries like South Korea. The company’s in-house semiconductor chip design further strengthens its competitive edge, enabling self-reliance in high-tech production.

Vietnam’s UAV breakthrough in the global market

The deal with South Korea reflects Vietnam’s readiness to compete in advanced technological sectors, where UAVs are becoming essential for transportation, rescue operations, tourism, environmental monitoring, and carbon credit initiatives. Partnering with a leading global technology hub such as South Korea opens vast opportunities for CT Group to expand UAV exports to other markets worldwide. This achievement is proof of Vietnam’s rising stature in the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Expanding into AI and semiconductor technology

Alongside UAV exports, CT Group also secured an order to export 100 million ATP semiconductor chips to South Korea, entering a field dominated by a few advanced nations. These chips, integrated into UAV systems with artificial intelligence capabilities, enable self-learning and autonomous operations. Coupled with geolocation network identification and spatial automation technologies, CT Group is building a comprehensive tech ecosystem that supports Vietnam’s digital transformation.

This “double victory” marks a defining chapter for Vietnamese technology, signaling a future where UAVs, AI, and semiconductor innovations position Vietnam as a key player in the global tech arena.
