BE:FIRST is coming to Manila, and they’re bringing heartbreak you can dance to.

The six-member Japanese group will touch down at the New Frontier Theater on October 3 as part of BE:FIRST WORLD SHOWCASE 2026, arriving fresh off the release of their explosive new single “Missing.” Filipino fans should expect more than a concert — they’re getting a front-row seat to one of the most emotionally charged eras of BE:FIRST’s career.

The Japanese group continues its global tour with a stop in the Philippines.

A Milestone Single Sets the Stage for the Tour

“Missing” marks BE:FIRST’s 10th single and the second chapter of their 5th Anniversary Project, reuniting the group with UK hitmaker Jonas Blue. The pairing isn’t new — BE:FIRST previously covered Jonas Blue’s “Don’t Wake Me Up” — but this collaboration feels like a natural next step, fusing his signature euphoric dance-pop production with the group’s expressive vocal delivery.

The track opens with a fragile acoustic guitar before erupting into full-blown dance-pop. It captures the contradiction at the heart of heartbreak: wanting to move forward while clinging to memories that refuse to fade.

As BE:FIRST’s high-register vocals repeat the line “Don’t disappear,” the song never fully separates heartbreak from hope. It lives in that tension, between letting go and wanting just one more moment.

Two music videos, both filmed in Thailand, bring the song’s emotional core to life from different angles. The official video stars actor Airu Kubozuka as a young man suspended between dreams and reality while abroad, chasing something that always feels just out of reach.

A companion dance video puts BE:FIRST front and center, spotlighting their intricate choreography and commanding stage presence. Sharp-eyed fans will likely catch shared locations and overlapping moments linking the two stories together.

Manila Joins a Stacked Global Run for BE:FIRST

The Manila stop lands during one of the busiest stretches of BE:FIRST’s five-year run. The group recently turned heads with “Doesn’t Really Matter (Remix)” alongside Janet Jackson, following their appearances at JANET JACKSON JAPAN 2026 — a crossover moment that further cemented their growing international footprint.

BE:FIRST WORLD SHOWCASE 2026 will also stop in Bangkok and Taipei before and after the Manila date, and wrap with two shows in New York after demand forced organizers to add a second date shortly after tickets went live.

For Manila fans, the October 3 show at New Frontier Theater offers a chance to experience “Missing” performed live, right as the single’s themes of longing and connection take center stage in BE:FIRST’s biggest global moment yet.
