NBA: Horford out as Sixers make trades for Danny Green, Seth Curry
The Philadelphia 76ers have made some convincing moves on 2020 NBA Draft night, acquiring sharpshooters Danny Green and Seth Curry in separate deals.
The Sixers first traded Josh Richardson and its 36th pick to the Dallas Mavericks for Seth Curry.

The squad, now led by head coach Doc Rivers and Daryl Morey as president of basketball operations, also got Danny Green from the Oklahoma City Thunder in exchange for Al Horford.
Just days ago, OKC traded Dennis Schroder for Danny Green and the Los Angeles Lakers’ 28th pick.
Morey has stated weeks ago that he is determined to win a championship with Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons as their all-stars.
It seems surrounding them with shooters is the first move towards trying to top the Eastern Conference after several years of playoff contention.
