NBA: Chris Paul traded to Phoenix Suns for Rubio, Oubre
Veteran all-star Chris Paul has been traded by the Oklahoma City Thunder to the Phoenix Suns on Monday.
The deal, expected to be formalized in the next days, includes Ricky Rubio and Kelly Oubre Jr. going to OKC, as well as a few bench players and a draft pick.

The deal sends Chris Paul and Abdel Nader to the Suns for Kelly Oubre, Ricky Rubio, Ty Jerome, Jalen Lecque and a 2022 first-round pick, sources tell ESPN.

Just the season before, Paul was traded by the Houston Rockets to OKC for Russell Westbrook.
Westbrook himself is in the center of trade talks although the reported front-runners for him, Charlotte, seems to be in “slow” negotiations for the explosive point guard.
Paul will team up with Devin Booker and DeAndre Ayton for a formidable trio expected to make the playoffs in the Western Conference.
