Charles Barkley: ‘Kobe Bryant best player I’ve seen other than Michael Jordan’

NBA legend and basketball Hall of Famer Charles Barkley has made many memorable statements when he joined the sports broadcasting world.

Recently, Barkley once again made the headlines after saying a specific statement on a show.

“Kobe Bryant is the best player I’ve ever seen other than Michael Jordan.”

Of course, the late Los Angeles Lakers legend and Jordan, widely regarded as the greatest of all time, have always been compared since both played the shooting guard position.

Both Bryant and Jordan were also coached by Phil Jackson, en route to winning championship ring after championship ring. Both of them had illustrious careers, and are Hall of Famers.

Bryant has five titles with the Lakers. He was also the NBA season MVP in 2008.

Jordan, on the other hand, won six titles and five MVP awards, on top of a ton of accolades throughout his career.

Still, it was an interesting statement to make, since there have been many great superstars since Jordan’s days were over.
