Bradley Cooper, Lady Gaga Starrer ‘A Star Is Born’ To Arrive In Theaters 2018


Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga are going to be working together in “A Star Is Born” and Warner Bros. has annoucned that the movie wil be getting a Sept. 18, 2018 release date.

Production to “A Star Is Born” will be set for early 2017 with Bradley Cooper also eyeing the director seat. This will be the first time the actor will be taking on the directorial job.

“A Star Is Born” is about a singer whose rise to fame has been quick and meteoric, yet it drove her romantic relationship to the pits. Deadline reports that Lady Gaga was Bradley Cooper’s personal pick, following failed negotiations with Beyonce.

It will not be the first time the Grammy-winning singer will face the cameras to act as she has already done “American Horror Story” for FX. She also won a Best Supporting Actress plum from the Golden Globes for her work on the show.

“We are honored that he is doing it, here, at his home—Warner Bros.—and with Lady Gaga as a collaborator and co-star. The world is in for a treat as these great artists craft an all new vision of A Star is Born,” Warner Bros. executive Greg Silverman said.
