‘Covert Affairs’ Christopher Gorham To Guest Star on NBC’s ‘Heartbreaker’

After his five year stint in the action drama series “Covert Affairs” with Piper Perabo, Christopher Gorham is returning to television via guest stint on the medical drama series “Heartbreaker” on NBC.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the actor is set for two episodes, playing the role of Wyatt Penn, a sculpture artist with a huge financial fund. His mother is a member of the board of directors at the hospital where Dr. Alex Panttiere (Melissa George) works.

Dr. Panttiere is a leading heart transplant surgeon. Her character is based on a real-life person, Dr. Kathy Magliato.

Gorham has also appeared in show’s like “Harper’s Island,” “Once Upon A Time” and “Ugly Betty” before landing the role of CIA agent Auggie Anderson on USA Network’s “Covert Affairs.” The show was cancelled in January.

“Heartbreaker” was initially set to debut in this round of the new TV season, but the show was pushed back to start in the midseason.
