AiNA THE END unveils ‘No Epilogue’ music video
AiNA THE END has unveiled her latest single, “No Epilogue,” accompanied by a visually striking music video that explores themes of obsession, emotional conflict, and psychological turmoil.
Released digitally on May 29, the song serves as the official theme for Mononoke The Movie: Chapter III – Snake God. The track continues the singer’s involvement with the acclaimed film series after previously contributing “Love Sick” and “Hanamusou” to the first two installments of the trilogy.
The new release further strengthens AiNA THE END’s connection to the Mononoke franchise while showcasing her evolving artistry through a concept-driven visual presentation. The music video offers viewers an emotionally charged narrative that blends fantasy, symbolism, and internal struggle.

Dual personas collide
Directed by G2 YUKI TSUJIMOTO, the music video centers on the idea of a love that refuses to reach its conclusion. The story unfolds within a surreal dreamlike setting where two opposing sides of the same consciousness battle for control.
AiNA THE END portrays a gothic lolita character consumed by overwhelming love and emotional instability. As the story progresses, the character gradually descends into a state of psychological collapse driven by obsession and desperation.
Contrasting this fragile persona is the “Snake God,” an emotionless and calculating presence that exists within the same fractured mind. Acting as a cold guardian of reality, the Snake God silently observes the emotional chaos while representing restraint and reason.
The tension between the two personalities intensifies throughout the video as the narrative explores the conflict between devotion and self-destruction. The visual storytelling amplifies the song’s emotional themes while highlighting AiNA THE END’s dramatic performance abilities.
Mononoke collaboration continues
“No Epilogue” marks the third consecutive Mononoke film to feature AiNA THE END as its theme song artist. Her continued involvement underscores the strong creative relationship between the singer and the film franchise.
The latest installment, Mononoke The Movie: Chapter III – Snake God, continues the story established in the previous films while expanding the series’ distinctive visual and narrative style. AiNA THE END’s contribution provides a musical complement to the film’s dark and psychological themes.
The release arrives shortly after the successful international leg of AiNA THE END LIVE TOUR 2026 – PICNIC. The overseas portion of the tour began in April with performances in Seoul, Bangkok, and Taipei.
The singer received enthusiastic support from audiences across Asia during the tour’s opening run. The strong reception further demonstrated her growing popularity beyond Japan.
With the Asian leg now completed, AiNA THE END is preparing for the next phase of the tour across Japan. The upcoming performances are expected to build on the momentum generated by both the tour and the release of “No Epilogue.”
As AiNA THE END continues to expand her international reach, the release of “No Epilogue” serves as another milestone in a year marked by major creative projects and growing global recognition.
