Kyrie Irving exploded for 37 points while Kevin Durant chipped in 29 as the Brooklyn Nets dominated the Boston Celtics, 123-95 on Christmas Day to pick their 2nd win in the NBA 2021 season.
Irving set a Brooklyn franchise record for highest scoring Christmas Day game by a player in the win.

He made 7/10 triples and shot 13/21 overall while also adding 6 rebounds and 8 assists.

Durant also shot efficiently from the field at 9/16 and had 2 steals.

The Nets used a 35-23 3rd quarter to pull away and control the game before padding the lead in the final period.

Jaylen Brown led the Celtics again with 27 points while Jayson Tatum added 20 points.

The Celtics were unable to follow up on their last-second win over the Milwaukee Bucks the other day.
