NBA: Harden, Westbrook score 80, beat Doncic’s triple-double [VIDEO]
Former league MVPs James Harden and Russell Westbrook combined for 80 points to lead the Houston Rockets to a 153-149 overtime victory over the Dallas Mavericks Friday in the NBA bubble in Orlando.
Harden dropped 49 points, 9 rebounds, and 8 assists and shot 14/20 from the floor while Westbrook had a double-double of 31 points, 11 boards, and 8 dimes.
The two weren’t the only players with big nights.
The Mavericks’ Kristaps Porzingis had 39 points and 16 rebounds while Luka Doncic added a triple-double of 28 points, 13 rebounds, and 10 assists in a losing effort.
The win moved Houston to solo 5th in the stacked Western Conference.
