After nearly five months, “Fifty Shades” has finally finished its filming. The movie starring Jamie Dornan and Dakota Johnson has been on location in Vancouver since February. Reports have it that filming is already done.

“Fifty Shades” writer, E.L. James, who is also overseeing the movie’s production, posted an obligatory photo to signal that work on the movie is done. She thanked the “fantastic crew and production team” as well as James Foley, the movie’s diretor.

While on location, “Fifty Shades” actually shot for two movies, with “Fifty Shades Darker” expectedly coming in Feb. 2017 and the last installment, “Fifty Shades Freed” coming the year after.

However, there are still some shots to be taken for the movies, but this time it will be in other locations, such as Paris. There will also be post-production work after the location shoots.

The movies are sequels to the blockbuster hit “Fifty Shades of Grey,” which sprung from the controversial novel written by E.L. James.  Aside from Dornan and Johnson, the movie will also feature Bella Heathcote, Eric Johnson and Kim Basinger.
