Powerhouse thought leaders topbill 2015 Globe Enterprise Innovation Forum
Award-winning author Hal Gregersen leads roster of speakers together with Boston Consulting Group managing director John Wagner and Singtel Group Enterprise CEO Bill Chang
Aimed at providing an avenue for business leaders to explore and harness new technologies that will prime their enterprises for the future, Globe Telecom’s Enterprise Innovation Forum (EIF) is bringing three (3) globally-renowned thought leaders for a day of insightful learning, discussion, and sharing of best practices on how innovation can help sustain a corporation’s competitiveness and relevance in the digital age.
Themed as “Gearing up your business for the future”, this year’s EIF gathers the country’s top business and enterprise leaders to participate in an insightful learning session and sharing of best practices that maximize innovation to stay ahead of competition and become role models in their respective industries.
“Businesses today operate in a world that is in an ever-constant change. This change has affected enterprises in such a way that it has disrupted usual thought process and workflow. With the trend of how technologies evolve and become available, these changes in the business environment drive enterprises to transform their business models to remain relevant now and in the future,” shares Globe Senior Advisor for Enterprise and IT Enabled Services Group Mike Frausing.
MIT Leadership Center Executive Director Hal Gregersen will be the main keynote speaker with the topic “The Innovators DNA: Mastering the Five Skills of Disruptive Innovators”. The global authority on building innovative leader, Gregersen will share how individuals can develop the skills necessary to move progressively from idea to impact through disruptive innovation.

His research has been published in 10 books and over 70 articles in leading business journals. He is currently collaborating on a question-centric research project with Clayton Christensen on 100 renowned innovative leaders.
Boston Consulting group partner and managing director John Wagner will be the first speaker at the CEO Breakfast Forum, a venue gathering over 100 local and international CEOs, as he shares his insights on innovations and trends shaping the global enterprise landscape.
Over the last decade, Wagner has helped mobile, fixed and broadband operators in all major Southeast Asian countries develop and implement growth strategies for their core access and digital services businesses. His recent work has focused on developing and implementing a big data analytics driven cross-sell and upsell methodology for the SME division and optimizing return on marketing investment for the consumer division of a leading Southeast Asian telecommunications operator.
Finally, Singtel Group Enterprise CEO Bill Chang is set to speak at the main plenary session, tackling the premise, “ Staying ahead of the Curve in Cyber Security”.
