John Lee Hooker Legacy Spirits launches Strings of Legacy bourbon collection
The family-owned John Lee Hooker Legacy Spirits has launched the “Strings of Legacy: Kentucky Bourbon Collection” under its Boogie Chillen’ Bourbon brand. Created by the estate of legendary “King of the Boogie” John Lee Hooker, the limited-edition series features four eight-year-old, single-barrel, cask-strength expressions honoring Hooker’s beloved Gibson guitars.
Every bottle in the collection is inspired by a specific Gibson model, including the Gibson ES-335, Gibson Les Paul Goldtop, Gibson SJ-200, and the Epiphone Zephyr. Each bourbon embodies a chapter of Hooker’s career, offering a unique, single-barrel expression straight from the barrel.
