YGG Pilipinas launches MFW Caravan to empower Filipinos in Web3 and AI Careers
YGG Pilipinas is set to revolutionize the digital workforce in the Philippines with the launch of the Metaverse Filipino Worker (MFW) Caravan, a four-month traveling roadshow that will provide Web3, AI, and blockchain education across six key cities from April to August 2025.
The caravan will introduce Filipinos to alternative career paths beyond traditional employment and overseas work, demonstrating how blockchain, AI, and decentralized applications (DApps) can open new income opportunities from the comfort of their homes.
“The MFW movement is proof that anyone can build a career in the global digital economy. We’ve seen students, OFWs, small business owners, and even farmers discover new ways to earn online,” said Mench Dizon, Country Head of YGG Pilipinas.
The MFW Caravan builds on YGG Pilipinas’ previous nationwide roadshows, expanding its focus to digital upskilling and financial empowerment through Web3 and AI education.

The MFW Caravan offers interactive workshops, expert talks, and career-building activities designed to help Filipinos adapt to the evolving job market. Some of the key topics include:
- Web3 & Blockchain Basics – Understanding cryptocurrencies, NFTs, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
- AI for Work Optimization – Using artificial intelligence to enhance productivity.
- Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN) – Exploring new digital economic models.
- Gaming & Play-to-Earn Careers – Learning how Web3 gaming can be a gateway to financial independence.
- Financial Literacy & Security – Safeguarding digital assets in an increasingly online world.
Attendees will also have access to job boards, career guidance, and AI-powered earning opportunities, making it a practical stepping stone into the digital economy.

Each stop will feature Web3 game tournaments, career orientation, and community-building activities, ensuring hands-on experiences for participants.
