muque is offering listeners a simple message they may need to hear: you don’t have to change who you are to find your place. The three-piece band delivers it in “いいんじゃない Just As You Are,” its first drama theme song.

The song accompanies “Extraordinary Attorney Minami,” the new drama starring Mana Ashida. The series follows Minami Minamida, a rookie lawyer with autism spectrum disorder, and is a Japanese remake of the South Korean hit “Extraordinary Attorney Woo.”

muque Artwork and Concert: HIZGI Cover Art and the “SAVE POINT” Fifth Anniversary Show

Illustrator HIZGI, who also made the artwork for muque’s previous release “たりない Still Not Enough,” returns with the blue-haired girl from that cover. This time, she wears a father cat puppet on her hand.

The illustration adds motifs that evoke the drama’s world while continuing the character’s story. It also adds another touch of muque’s distinctive playfulness.

That playfulness carries into the band’s next chapter. The group will kick off its fifth anniversary with “SAVE POINT” on Friday, Feb. 5, 2027, at KT Zepp Yokohama in Kanagawa.
