Reflectiz, the web exposure management platform, has announced the close of its $22 million Series B funding round led by Fulcrum Equity Partners, with participation from Capri Ventures, YYM Ventures, and AFG Partners. The new capital will allow Reflectiz to expand its product offering, including Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM) for websites, while accelerating its global partner and alliances network.

In addition to offices in Tel Aviv and Sydney, Reflectiz will establish its global headquarters in Boston to support rapid team growth. The platform monitors and protects websites from third-party risks without requiring agents, combining AI-enabled technology with fully agentless deployment.

AI-driven insights for modern web security

Reflectiz addresses the rising challenge of complex web environments, including third-party tools, marketing pixels, and dynamic tags beyond IT control. By focusing on web exposure as part of CTEM, the platform provides visibility and actionable intelligence while reducing alert noise. Enterprises gain instant insight into risks from third-party components, open-source code, and external services, all without code installation or data access.

“The platform delivers scalable solutions that help enterprises safeguard their digital footprint with clarity and speed,” said Jim Douglass, Partner at Fulcrum Equity Partners. “We’re proud to back their mission and help accelerate their expansion.”

Expanding global presence and enterprise adoption

Reflectiz serves Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises across financial services, e-commerce, insurance, and healthcare. The platform reduces compliance risk, streamlines security operations, and protects digital reputations. With the new funding, Reflectiz will scale its customer base while helping enterprises proactively manage web threats.

“Standard website security is outdated, and traditional vulnerability management is no longer enough,” said Idan Cohen, co-founder and CEO of Reflectiz. “Reflectiz brings the complete picture of web exposure, giving enterprises control over their most exposed digital assets.”
