Dermorepubliq brought summer and skincare together in one vibrant splash. The top TikTok Shop Philippines skincare brand landed in Boracay with a two-day beachside activation for its DermoSun Mattifying Sunscreen, designed specifically for Filipino skin.

Held on May 17–18, 2025, the campaign took over Station 2’s Epic Boracay, where beachgoers got to experience DermoSun firsthand via a “Glow Bar” and took home full-size products. With photo zones and hands-on demos, the sunscreen’s lightweight, non-greasy formula made a strong impression.

A Mission That Goes Beyond Skin

Dermorepubliq founder Keith Sta. Barbara emphasized that the Boracay launch wasn’t just about sun care — it was about real-life routines and real Filipino needs. DermoSun, enriched with Centella Asiatica, Jeju Aloe, and Niacinamide, offers SPF 30 protection while absorbing quickly into oily or combination skin.

The event was paired with a three-day company retreat that brought 131 Dermorepubliq employees to the island. More than just a break, it reinforced the brand’s values of care, connection, and purpose. The company’s TikTok-driven Dermo 2-Finger Challenge also continued through the campaign, promoting dermatologist-recommended sunscreen use and offering participants the chance to win a trip for two back to Boracay.
