NBA: Klay Thompson suffers lower leg injury, feared to be achilles
Golden State Warriors all-star Klay Thompson has apparently suffered a lower leg injury, according to reports.
The devastating news comes just when the Warriors star is about to make his way back into the NBA scene with the 2020-2021 season starting on December 22.

The Athletic’s Shams Charania reported that Thompson was unable to place weight on his lower leg when he injured it during a workout.
Later, ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski mentioned that Thompson’s injury was in his right leg, and not the left one which suffered a torn ACL during the 2019 NBA Finals.
