NBA: Karl-Anthony Towns says mother in coma with coronavirus
Minnesota Timberwolves all-star Karl-Anthony Towns bared in an emotional Instagram video that his mother is in coma with coronavirus (COVID-19).
Towns said his mother is in a medically-induced coma and connected to a ventilator.
Symptoms started to show last week, and fever reached 103 degrees.
Towns is averaging 26.5 PPG, 10.8 RPG, 4.4 APG, and 1.8 BPG in the 2019-2020 NBA season for the Wolves.
