Tom Hanks, Rita Wilson test positive for COVID-19
Actor Tom Hanks and his wife, actress Rita Wilson, both tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19), Hanks announced on Wednesday.
The couple is in Australia for production of the Elvis Presley movie.
The 63-year-old Hanks announced on social media that they felt symptoms, and were tested for the virus.
“We were tested for the Coronavirus, and were found to be positive.”

Hanks and Wilson are the first celebrities to publicly announce they have the illness.
Hanks is known for his roles in Forrest Gump, Cast Away, The Green Mile, Saving Mr. Banks, Sully, and a lot more.
