NBA: Spike Lee, New York Knicks fight over use of wrong entrance at MSG
Long-time New York Knicks superfan Spike Lee and the NBA franchise got into a verbal tussle following an incident where Lee used the wrong entrance at the Madison Square Garden in one of the Knicks’ games.
In an official statement the Knicks released, the organization thinks it is laughable that Lee thinks he is the victim in the incident.

Security did not allow Lee to enter via the employees entrance in one of the Knicks’ games, as he was supposed to enter only through the VIP entrance.
The film director aired his side on ESPN’s First Take show, saying that it is “a shame” the Knicks haven’t won a title in decades.
