WATCH: Justin Brownlee, Stanley Pringle hit big shots vs Columbian Dyip

Barangay Ginebra San Miguel drew strength from both super import Justin Brownlee and Stanley Pringle to help repulse a pesky Columbian Dyip squad, 127-123 in an overtime 2019 PBA Commissioner’s Cup thriller on Sunday at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

Brownlee, who finished with a spectacular 50-point performance, drilled a go-ahead left elbow jumper with 30 seconds left that proved to be the dagger in overtime. Earlier in regulation, a floater from Pringle forced extension, 113-all.

Brownlee added 14 boards and 5 assists while Pringle finished with an all-around game of 16 points, 8 rebounds, and 7 dimes.

Import Lester Prosper led Columbian Dyip with 45 points and 18 rebounds, as he and Brownlee had a scoring showdown throughout the intense match-up.

Ginebra locked up the fourth seed in the quarter-finals with the victory, as they wounded up the elimination round campaign with a 7-4 record, just behind the TNT KaTropa, NorthPort Batang Pier, and Blackwater Elite.
