‘Supernatural’ Actor Mark Sheppard Speaks Up He Won’t Be Back, Not Even For A Guest Stint
“Supernatural” actor Mark Sheppard is speaking up about his departure from The CW series. Following the announcement that he won’t be back for Season 13, executive producer Jim Michaels tried to appease fans that the actor could still guest star.
Sheppard, however, corrected Michaels that he’s not returning to “Supernatural” Season 13 in any capacity. Not even for a guest stint.
“With all due respect, your comment is inaccurate and misleading to the fans,” Sheppard said to Michaels on Twitter. “There are NO plans to have me return to [Supernatural] at ANY juncture.”

Sheppard played Crowley for several years on “Supernatural.” Initially a recurring role, the actor became a series regular in Season 10 as fans grew to love him as the Winchester brothers’ frenemy. In the recent season’s finale, however, his character met his end, as per TV Line.
After the finale aired, Shepperd thanked the fans for their support for “Supernatural.” He also revealed he’s ready to try something new now that his commitment to the drama series ended, as per Entertainment Weekly.
The CW renewed “Supernatural for Season 13 back in January. The new season will carry an October 2017 premiere and filming will begin this July.
The exciting journey of the Winchester brothers continues as “Supernatural” enters its thirteenth season. Sam (Jared Padalecki) and Dean (Jensen Ackles) have encountered every kind of supernatural threat, facing down monsters, demons, and gods. Saving people, hunting things, and keeping the world safe. In the show’s twelfth season, the Winchesters were reunited with their long-dead mother and joined forces with the British arm of the Men of Letters. But things turned from bad to worse, with the return of Lucifer and the surprising revelation that the Devil is expecting a child. Now, Sam and Dean find themselves facing a creature of almost unimaginable power… one that could save the world… or destroy it.
