Netflix Releases Full ‘Iron Fist’ Teaser [WATCH]

Netflix has released the official full trailer for its upcoming Marvel series “Iron Fist.” The show is expected to launch on the streaming site on Friday, March 17, 2017 at 12:01 a.m. across all territories.

The action series will feature 13 episodes and will star Finn Jones as Danny Rand (a.k.a. Iron Fist). His story, based on the comic book series, follows the billionaire as he returns to New York City after being considered missing for years.

Danny Rand tries to reconnect with his family and their legacy but he has also learned kung-fu during the time he was away. Upon his return to New York, he also becomes a crime fighter. Joining Finn Jones in “Iron Fist” are Jessica Henwick, Jessica Stroup, Tom Pelphrey, David Wenham and Rosario Dawson. Learn about the “Iron Fist” in the video below.

After “Iron Fist,” Finn Jones will also be featured in “The Defenders.” He’s espousing the same role as Danny Rand/Iron Fist in Marvel’s combined superhero series.

“The Defenders” also include “Daredevil” with Charlie Cox, “Jessica Jones” with Krysten Ritter and “Luke Cage” with Mike Coltier.
