‘The Voice’ Continues To Soar With A 2-Season Pick Up, Gwen Stefani And Miley Cyrus Returning

“The Voice is returning for Season 12 with Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Alicia Keys. Set to run in February 2017, Gwen Stefani will also be returning as judge on this run for a third time.

Meanwhile, Miley Cyrus will be back on “The Voice” Season 13, which will begin in the fall of 2017. The singer joined the show for the first time in the current run, Season 11, along with another first-time judge Alicia Keys.

“We can’t wait to experience the unique chemistry and energy Gwen, Alicia, Blake and Adam will bring to season 12,” Paul Telegdy of NBC said, The Hollywood Reporter cites.  “With Miley returning for season 13, we’re truly ecstatic about the unmatched musical know-how and talent coming together in our coming seasons.”

“The Voice” is still going strong in the ratings as it averages nearly 15 million viewers this fall. The show airs every Mondays and Tuesdays on NBC at 8:00 p.m. The show concluded its Battle Round for Season 11 this week. The Knockout round will follow thereafter, in one of the format’s biggest shake up.

The show’s other judges include Christina Aguilera, Pharrell Williams, Cee Lo Green, Shakira and Usher who appear on the show on rotation. “The Voice” is produced by Mark Burnett.
