Recipient of the 4 P’s, as part of the DSWD’s “Sustainable Livelihood Program,” engaged themselves voluntarily in the Pre-Licensing Training Course (PLTC) in compliance with R.A. 5487, with the aim of landing into an honorable job of securing lives and properties and help in making our country a peaceful place to live in; done in High Acres, Ministry Camp, Brgy. Suyoc, Sablan, Bengued, from September 14-October 3, 2016.
Guest of honor for the formal opening was Col. Atty. Carlos Canilao (Ret.), Administrator of the City of Baguio.
Quadrant R Security Training Center, Inc., being the Training provider was headed by Enrico L. de Guzman, President, with Bong Bernales, HR Head and Wendy Carreon, Secretary and Liaison for the training.
