More milestones will soon happen at Wind Crest through the construction of a new amenity that will give room to family celebrations, recreational activities or simple get-togethers. NorthPine Land, Inc. (NLI) one of the country’s trusted developer of middle income communities, proudly unveiled the stylish architectural design of the event center that will soon rise in this estate.
“I believe we have outdone ourselves yet again in coming up with a new facility at Wind Crest that is so modern and will surely appeal to the tastes of the mid-income market. Our desire to improve the way people live is always taken into account in every structure we plan and this event center is no exemption,” said Mr. Ferdinand Macabanti, NLI’s EVP.
The event center mirrors the Modern American Country theme of the Wind Crest. The architect’s perspective shows the building with an extended horizontal orientation which is typical to American Country architectures. To modernize it, developers applied sleek accent panels and floor-to-ceiling vertical windows surrounding the walls.
NLI recently held a groundbreaking event to announce the official commencement of the construction of the event center. With the theme “Moving Up”, the event concentrated on graduations and other success celebrations.
Wind Crest is a 5-hectare community situated at Dasmariñas, Cavite. Launched in 2014, this residential estate boasts of Modern American Country style houses, namely: Anila, Brisa, Camira, Damara and Era. The houses have floor areas ranging from 58 sq.m.-134 sq.m. and feature sunny hues, porches, and corner windows. Aside from the event center, residents of Wind Crest may also enjoy other amenities in its neighbor village, Greenwoods.
