“The Good Wife” aired its final episode on Sunday, May 8, and the fate of Alicia was actually open-ended. The show didn’t explicitly say whether she ended up with Jason. However, she did choose him in the end, but she disappeared before Alicia could catch up with him.

“The Good Wife” premiered on CBS more than seven years ago and went on to become critically lauded. The show was considered prestige TV despite being aired in a constrained network environment and not on cable or a streaming site.

“The Good Wife” is an award-winning show and has received Emmy citations and other awards. In the middle of its seventh season, the creators decided that it was time to end the series. And so, “The Good Wife’s” final episode was set May 8.
