World Wrestling Entertainment superstar The Big Show responded to WWE Rumors linking him to a possible showdown with Shaquille O’Neal at WrestleMania 33 in Orlando next year.

Shaq was a surprising participant during the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32. During the match, Shaq went face-to-face with Big Show before both of them were eliminated.

Following the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal, WWE rumors swirled, suggesting that The Big Show and Shaq will eventually face in a one-on-one match at WrestleMania 33. When asked about the rumored showdown, The Big Show said that he is ready to collide with the basketball superstar.

“Do I look like I’m scared?” The Big Show told TMZ Sports, when asked about facing Shaq. “Shaq’s the one that’s got to show up and get it done, not me, I work there. He’s gotta come to me, I don’t need to go to him.”

Facing a celebrity is not a new thing for The Big Show. He faced boxing superstar Floyd Mayweather during a match at WrestleMania 24, where he reportedly sustained a broken nose, Hollywood Life reported.

The Big Show added that a WrestleMania 33 showdown with Shaq will be good for WWE because the former Los Angeles Lakers superstar has proven numerous times that he can lure fans because of his personality. It is the main reason why The Big Show will not hesitate to accept the match.

“Shaq’s been really great for our business, he’s such a big star, he has such a good following,” The Big Show continued. “I think anytime you get a chance to involve him with us, it’s a lot of fun, he has a lot of fun with it. So if the powers that be that are way above my pay grade make those decisions. Hey, I’ll lace up my boots.”

WWE has yet to confirm the match, but Shaq already dropped hints during an appearance at TNT’s Inside the NBA. He said that fans will have a lot to talk about after body slamming the gigantic wrestling superstar after their WrestleMania 33 match in Orlando next year.
