Watch: First Teaser to ‘Mother’s Day’ starring Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis
Julia Roberts, Jennifer Aniston, Kate Hudson and Jason Sudeikis are headlining the latest from director Garry Marshall. Called “Mother’s Day,” the ensemble movie features the lives of four parents dealing with family issues.
Following Marshall’s “Valentine’s Day” and “New Year’s Eve,” the movie will have its story lines woven, circling around the holiday theme.
Roberts plays Miranda, a career woman who meets the child she gave up for adoption. Aniston, playing Sandy, is a single mother of two boys, while Sudeikis, who is Bradley, is a single father with teenage girls. Hudson plays a woman, Jesse, with issues with her mother. Also in the movie is Britt Robertson, playing Miranda’s adopted daughter.
