Globe prepaid credits now available at Robinsons Department Store
Globe prepaid credits can now be purchased via POS system in select Robinsons Department Store branches nationwide
In an effort to serve more customers and provide convenience in topping up Globe prepaid mobile numbers, Globe Telecom, Inc. has strengthened its partnership with Robinsons Department Store to make prepaid credits available via its Point of Sale (POS) system.
Globe products and services have long been available nationwide at the Robinsons Business Center inside the Robinsons Department Store. This time, apart from accepting payments for basic dues and utilities, Robinsons has expanded its services by allowing Globe and TM prepaid customers the convenience of buying more load in its department stores.
“Making basic necessities available to all our customers has always been a priority of Robinsons. Through our partnership with Globe, we are able to serve more people as we roll out the availability of Globe prepaid credits to the rest of our department stores nationwide,” says Robina Gokongwei, President and Chief Operating Officer of Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc.
Globe Executive Vice President for Consumer Sales Bernard Llamzon also adds that, “having enough prepaid load has become a necessity to more people now with the surge and demand to stay connected. Our partnership with Robinsons has provided us the opportunity to make our products easily accessible to all our customers. With the availability of Globe credits in Robinsons Department Store, it will now be more convenient for more people to purchase prepaid load without the hassle of looking for other kiosks.”
Launched in early December, purchase of Globe load via the Robinsons Department Store POS system was rolled out in select Robinsons Department stores including Robinsons Galleria, Ermita, Pioneer, Metroeast, Magnolia, Antipolo, Las Pinas, Pampanga, Lipa and Imus. Soon, more branches of Robinsons Department Store across the country will also be upgraded to include this service.
