‘Dexter’ Reunion To Take Place On ‘Limitless’ Oct. 21

Fans of “Dexter” may be thrilled to know that “Limitless,” a procedural drama series on CBS, will be staging a reunion of its former stars. The episode airs this week.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, Desmond Harrington, who played Joey Quinn in the Showtime thriller drama, will feature as a guest star on the CBS freshmen series Tuesday. He will be reunited “Dexter” actress Jennifer Carpenter, who now headlines “Limitless” along with Jake McDorman.

Harrington and Carpenter have such a history on “Dexter” as they played lovers on the show. This time on “Limitless” Harrington will once again be back with his “old love,” as he will play the secret boyfriend who is also part of the FBI SWAT Team.

News of Harrington’s guest stint was announced earlier in April.

“Limitless,” which is produced by Bradley Cooper, is slowly gaining favor among the audience and is one of the better performing new shows this season. Cooper also appears in the series from time to time and is expected to be in the Oct. 27 episode, according to the Orlando Sentinel.

The series is about a regular guy who is given a mysterious drug that enables him to use 100 percent of his brain and he’s doing this to help the FBI solve their cases. The story is based on a book by Alan Glynn.

“Limitless” airs every Tuesday nights on CBS.
