Toyota Motor Philippines honors top dealers and service achievers for 2025

Toyota Motor Philippines recently gathered dealer heads nationwide to honor top-performing dealers and individual achievers during its 2025 Toyota Dealer Conference and TOPS Awards. The annual event reviewed the company’s performance while highlighting dealers who excelled in sales, service, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

TMP Chairman Alfred V. Ty emphasized the importance of continued commitment, saying, “Let us continue to create happiness and mobility for all. As one Toyota, let us continue to be the number one in the hearts, minds, and homes of every Filipino.” The conference also showcased the winners of the Major Awards, recognizing exceptional performance across different business divisions.

Major awards winners

The President’s Award of Excellence recognized dealers achieving the highest overall ratings within their business size. In the Large Business Division, Toyota Marilao, Bulacan Inc. took the top spot, followed by Toyota San Fernando, Pampanga Inc., and Toyota Otis Inc. The Medium Business Division honored Toyota Nueva Ecija, Inc. as champion, with Toyota Isabela Inc. and Toyota Dagupan City Inc. following, while the Small Business Division recognized Toyota Subic, Inc., Toyota Plaridel, Bulacan, and Toyota Tarlac City.

Other major awards included the President’s Customer Satisfaction (CS) Cup of Excellence, highlighting dealers that achieved top customer satisfaction through trust, care, and service. The President’s Value Chain Award recognized dealerships that provided a seamless integration of products and services, with Toyota Batangas City Inc. and Toyota Tarlac City among the honorees.

Outstanding individual achievers

TMP also acknowledged Marketing Professionals (MPs) and Service Advisors (SAs) under the Toyota Outstanding Performers in Sales and Service (TOPS) program. Joan R. Barcia of Toyota North EDSA was named TOPS Finest Marketing Professional of the Year. Arnold R. Agbay of Toyota Shaw Inc. earned TOPS Finest General Job Service Advisor of the Year, while Gemibert E. Dimaunahan of Toyota Batangas City Inc. took the TOPS Finest Body and Paint Service Advisor of the Year award.

TMP President Masando Hashimoto reflected on the company’s broader mission, stating, “Creating ever better cars is our DNA, but our mission goes beyond that: to evolve Toyota’s role in the lives of our customers. We are evolving—from providing Mobility for All to enabling Mobility for each unique customer.”

Collaboration and future vision

The awards emphasized the importance of dealer collaboration and shared commitment to excellence. TMP continues to work closely with its dealer network to deliver quality vehicles and superior customer experiences. Toyota Dealers Association of the Philippines President Jimmy Yaokasin noted the evolving landscape, mentioning challenges such as digital disruption, supply chain shifts, and the EV transition, while stressing the importance of integrity and forward-looking leadership.

Carrying this vision forward, TMP and its dealer network remain focused on continuously raising standards, strengthening partnerships, and bringing mobility and happiness to Filipino customers nationwide.
