Fujifilm Business Innovation launches Revoria Press PC2120 with AI automation and expanded color gamut
Fujifilm Business Innovation has launched the Revoria Press™ PC2120, the newest model in its professional printing series. The PC2120 builds on the success of the PC1120 with AI-driven automation, an expanded color gamut, and one-pass six-color printing using CMYK plus two specialty toners.
The expanded specialty toner lineup now includes eight types, such as gold, silver, pink, and a newly developed green toner. The system can reproduce vivid colors comparable to RGB monitors. Sales begin December 19, 2025, in Japan and the Asia-Pacific.
Following the PC1120’s global recognition, the PC2120 enhances image quality and productivity. The new model adds automation features and broader printable colors to meet professional printing demands.

AI automation streamlines prepress and printing
The PC2120 uses AI technology to simplify prepress workflows. The Substrate Profiler analyzes loaded paper and recommends optimal settings. This reduces setup time and improves efficiency.
The Revoria Flow™ print server scans documents and suggests image enhancements. AI detects image content, such as people or landscapes, and applies corrections for consistent output.
During printing, the Smart Monitoring Gate monitors paper variations and registration. It automatically corrects issues in real time, maintaining quality even when using specialty toners.
Expanded color gamut and specialty toners
The PC2120 introduces a green toner alongside pink, expanding the color range to cover 93% of the PANTONE FORMULA GUIDE Solid Coated. Automatic color separation converts RGB data into CMYK plus specialty layers.
Other features include high-speed printing of up to 120 pages per minute, 2400 dpi resolution, and support for paper from 52 to 400 gsm. The Air Suction Feeder Tray and Static Eliminator D1 ensure reliable paper handling.
The Print Inspection System automates post-print quality checks. It detects defects like smudges, streaks, and missing areas, and verifies barcodes and text consistency. The PC2120 is planned for release in Europe, North America, and other regions.
