The National Parks Development Committee (NPDC) invites the public to an inspiring afternoon of ceremony and discipline on Sunday, November 30, at 4:00 PM in Rizal Park, Luneta. The program opens with the Changing of the Guard Ceremony at the Rizal Monument, led by the Philippine Marine Corps. This tradition symbolizes steadfast duty, order, and reverence for national heritage.

The Divine Word College of Valenzuela – Class of Mandala 2025-2026 will follow with a Silent Drill Exhibition at Lawn A. Performed without verbal commands, the exhibition demonstrates the cadets’ dedication, coordination, and teamwork. It highlights the discipline and precision required to execute complex maneuvers seamlessly.
