Psychic Fever and Wolf Howl Harmony, two rising global boy groups under LDH JAPAN, delivered standout performances at Music Matters Live 2025 in Singapore on September 27. The event, held at Clarke Quay for its 20th anniversary, gathered 42 artists from 16 countries, reinforcing its status as a premier platform for emerging global talent.

Recognized alongside SXSW in the United States and MIDEM in France, Music Matters Live continues to spotlight acts shaping the future of music. This year, the festival launched its “J-pop Matters” stage, putting Japanese pop talent at the forefront of a global audience.

WOLF HOWL HARMONY energizes Singapore crowd

Wolf Howl Harmony kicked off the showcase with explosive energy, opening with “Rollin’ Stones” and greeting the crowd with “What’s up, Singapore!” The group sustained the hype with tracks like “Bossa Bosa” and “Love Red,” winning over fans with smooth English MCs and charismatic stage chemistry.

Local media praised the group as “artists with international potential” and “a new face of J-pop,” spotlighting their appeal beyond Japan. After their strong Singapore debut, they continued their Southeast Asia push with a performance at Avex Music Night 2025 on October 2.

Up next, Wolf Howl Harmony will hit the stage again this November at the 22nd Tokyo International Music Market Showcase Live, performing in the “YouTube Music Nights Presents Asia Day” lineup.

PSYCHIC FEVER closes out J-pop showcase with momentum

Psychic Fever delivered a powerful finale, marking their second consecutive year at Music Matters Live. Their set opened with fan-favorite “Reflection,” showcasing sharp choreography and commanding stage presence before powering through “Rich & Bad” and global hit “Just Like Dat feat. JP THE WAVY.”

The group has been riding major international momentum, performing earlier this year at SXSW 2025 in Austin and SXSW Sydney in October — a rare double appearance for a Japanese group on global festival stages. Industry experts noted their “remarkable growth since last year” and praised them as “a force that elevates J-pop to a global standard.”
