Canon Central & North Africa marks decade with dealer conference in Dubai
Canon Central & North Africa (CCNA) marked its 10th anniversary with its annual dealer conference at the Conrad Hotel in Dubai. The event, themed “ICE: Innovation, Customer, and Experience,” gathered more than 100 partners from across Africa to discuss the company’s strategic direction and market initiatives.
The conference highlighted Canon’s focus on strengthening partnerships and delivering solutions aligned with customer needs. Attendees gained insights into the company’s growth plans and explored solution-oriented zones showcasing real-world applications of Canon’s imaging technologies.
B2C zones demonstrate practical applications
The event featured business-to-consumer zones that illustrated how Canon’s cameras and printers integrate into everyday environments such as media agencies, educational institutions, and office setups. Visitors experienced practical demonstrations designed to show how Canon technologies support content creation, hybrid work solutions, and education programs.

The displays emphasized intelligent, scalable solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and supporting business growth across Africa.
Amine Djouahra, B2B Business Unit Director, noted the importance of equipping partners with tools and solutions that address evolving business demands. The conference concluded with a gala dinner and awards ceremony recognizing top-performing partners for their contributions over the past decade.
