Those eager to watch “Superstore,” the latest comedy from NBC, may already see the first two episodes this Monday, Nov. 30 at 10 p.m. The show will air following “The Voice,” but it’s official time schedule will still be taking place on Jan. 4, 2016. The new show brings America Ferrera back on television.

“We’re extremely excited about ‘Superstore’ and are so fortunate to have the incredibly talented America Ferrera, who won over the hearts of viewers and critics in ‘Ugly Betty,’ coming to NBC as a producer and star,” said Jennifer Salke, president of NBC Entertainment, via NBC News. “She’s joined by a terrific ensemble in a comedy set in a location everyone in the country can really relate to.”

America plays store supervisor Amy, while “A to Z” and “Mad Men” star Ben Feldman plays the new guy. The series is written and produced by “The Office” writer Justin Spitzer.

“I thought that the setting of a big-box store was so rife with material. I don’t think it’s any secret that I am a political and outspoken person. The writer-creator of our show, Justin Spitzer, came off The Office. I found his writing to be, yes, funny, but there was always a running commentary about the lives of these working-class people stuck in very corporate America,” America told Vogue.

The show also stars Mark McKinney, Lauren Ash, Colton Dunn, Nichole Bloom and Nico Santos. Will this be the comedy hit NBC has been waiting to come for a long time? Watch the teaser below.
