Paledusk unleashes first full-length album, blending metal, hardcore, and genre-defying sounds
After a decade of anticipation, Paledusk has released their first full-length self-titled album, “PALEDUSK.” The metal and hardcore four-piece presents 12 tracks that define the band’s identity while pushing the boundaries of modern rock.
KAITO reflects on the release, stating that every moment shared as a band, both joyful and painful, finds meaning in this album. “This is the album I’ve been most eager to hear,” he says, underscoring the personal investment behind the music.

Standout tracks highlight genre versatility
“PALEDUSK” features notable songs including the anime hit “HUGs” (opening theme of TV anime Gachiakuta), the genre-crossing “SUPER NATURAL HIGH feat. 唾奇,” and the unexpected collaboration “NO WAY!! feat. 粗品.” The album blends metal, hardcore, hip-hop, and alternative sounds, delivering a cohesive, high-energy listening experience.
DAIDAI adds, “We poured our souls into this album. If it becomes a treasure for listeners or inspires future rock creators, then we’ve achieved our goal. This is a new form of rock.” Each song reflects the band’s evolution, balancing introspective moments with explosive energy.
Live energy and nationwide tour
TSUBASA emphasizes the live aspect, noting that each of the 12 songs has its own unique color. The band will bring “PALEDUSK” on their first nationwide one-man tour, What is Paledusk?? TOUR 2026, starting in Fukuoka this February, promising fans a high-voltage live experience.
BOB adds, “These songs aren’t bound by any single genre — they’ll take you on a journey through music itself. We hope this album serves as a strong introduction to anyone who hasn’t met us yet. Experiencing the tracks live is where they truly come alive.” From the playful energy of “I ♡ YOU BABY!!” to the delicate, music-box charm of “BIG M MELODY,” every track showcases the band’s commitment to innovation and performance.
With their debut album and upcoming tour, Paledusk is set to deliver their signature energy, genre-defying sound, and pride to audiences across Japan and beyond.
