Philippine Design Fest 2025 unites top creatives for national celebration of design and innovation
The Filipino Graphic Designers (FGD) community and the Printing Industry Board Foundation, Inc. launch the first Philippine Design Fest 2025. The festival runs Nov. 14–15 at the Philippine Training Trade Center in Pasay City with gates opening at 9 a.m.
Founded in 2021, FGD grew from an online hub into a national network. The festival brings that online energy into a physical space to showcase Filipino talent and entrepreneurship.

Pre-event momentum and collaboration
The festival’s lead-up began Aug. 9 with DEV-IGN, run in partnership with Filipino Web Development Peers. That event featured talks, skill-sharing and networking that strengthened ties between designers and developers.
Next came “Pitch Please!” on Sept. 13 and “Design Drift: The Ultimate Web Design Showdown” on Oct. 11. Together, the pre-events drew more than 150 creatives, freelancers, developers and business owners, building strong momentum.
Festival highlights and opportunities
The two-day program features workshops, competitions, showcases and networking sessions. Attendees will gain practical skills, form collaborations, and find business opportunities that help design thrive in culture and commerce.
FGD founder Nabbe Francisco said the festival is about more than events. “We’re not just attending a fest. We’re designing our future,” Francisco said, adding that the festival equips creatives to become entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
The Philippine Design Fest 2025 is backed by major partners and sponsors. Cebu Pacific, TTRacing, The Company Philippines and Gibu Agency lead the sponsorship roster. Media partners include WhenInManila.com, Manila Bulletin, MYX and Nen Digital.
Early-bird tickets, speaker lineups and workshops are available at phdesignfest.com. Walk-in registration is accepted but limited, so attendees are encouraged to secure tickets in advance.
This festival marks a milestone for the local creative sector. It creates a national stage for Filipino designers to show work, learn new skills and forge commercial partnerships that grow the industry.
