Guests can expect the return of crowd favorites such as the BEA Grand Wine Pavilion, featuring rare vintages and new wine discoveries, and the Tasting Room, where renowned chefs present limited-time creations. Meanwhile, Towngas Gourmet Avenue will bring together 12 of Hong Kong’s most acclaimed restaurants—all in one vibrant space without the need for reservations.

Global chefs reimagine Cantonese flavors at the Tasting Room

This year’s Tasting Room promises a one-of-a-kind dining experience under the theme “Taste the Extraordinary: Beyond Cantonese Flavour.” The showcase will unite award-winning culinary figures from across the world to reinterpret Cantonese cuisine through fresh perspectives and cultural exchange.

Among the headliners is Andrew Wong, London-based chef-owner of A. Wong—the first Chinese restaurant outside Asia to earn two Michelin stars. “I’m honored to join the Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival,” Wong said. “It’s an incredible opportunity to celebrate modern Chinese cuisine while honoring traditional Cantonese roots.”

He’ll share the spotlight with Cheung Yat Fung, the culinary force behind three-Michelin-starred Chao Shang Chao, who views the event as a bridge between East and West. “This festival brings global talent together,” he said. “I’m excited to showcase my Chaozhou heritage in new, creative ways.”
