The National Parks Development Committee will host a ceremonial program on Sunday, Sept. 28, at Rizal Park in Luneta. The event starts at 4 p.m. and is free to the public.

The program begins with the changing of the guard at the Rizal Monument, led by the Philippine Marine Corps. The tradition underscores vigilance and national pride, with the historic landmark serving as backdrop.
