Honda Philippines showcases All-New PCX160 in PCXceptional Ride
Honda Philippines, Inc., the country’s top motorcycle manufacturer, hosted the PCXceptional Ride on August 29, 2025, giving media representatives and moto vloggers a firsthand look at The All-New PCX160. The event highlighted the scooter’s premium performance, comfort, and smart features across scenic roads from Parañaque City to Café Cecilia in Tanay, Rizal.
Elevated performance and handling on every road
The ride featured both Standard and RoadSync variants of the PCX160. Riders experienced smooth acceleration from its 157cc, 4-stroke, 4-valve, SOHC, liquid-cooled ESP+ engine, delivering 11.8 kW at 8,500 rpm and torque of 14.7 Nm at 6,500 rpm, with fuel efficiency of 46 km/L. The spacious foot area and twin shock rear suspension with subtanks on the RoadSync type provided superior comfort and control, while the Standard type’s Combi Brake System ensured reliable stopping power.
Advanced safety features impressed participants, including ABS for enhanced braking stability and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) for improved traction on sudden acceleration. Riders praised the RoadSync’s integrated technology, including turn-by-turn navigation, hands-free calls, music, and a 5-inch TFT meter panel with clear visibility.
Smart features for city and countryside convenience
The Honda Smart Key System, USB Type-C charger, and spacious 30-liter luggage box were popular practical features. The sleek LED design and stylish color options, such as Matte Gunpowder Black Metallic and Pearl Fadeless White for RoadSync, drew admiration from fellow motorists.
The ride concluded at Café Cecilia, where participants shared their experiences over refreshments. The All-New PCX160 Standard type retails at PhP133,400, while the RoadSync type is PhP154,900, available at all Honda dealerships nationwide.
