Grand Wine Pavilion and Tasting Room highlights
At the heart of the festival is the Grand Wine Pavilion, a showcase curated by wine critic James Suckling and other experts. Guests can explore legendary estates from the Bordeaux 1855 Classification, celebrate its 170th anniversary, and enjoy intimate masterclasses with premium châteaux. Rare vintages and bold expressions from next-generation winemakers add depth to the experience.
Equally unmissable is the Tasting Room, a pop-up restaurant created only for the festival. This limited-time dining experience brings together five acclaimed chefs, including Andrew Wong of London’s two-Michelin-starred A. Wong, Beijing’s three-Michelin-starred Cheung Yat Fung, and Korean celebrity chef Jung Ji-sun. Hong Kong talents Menex Cheung and Jayson Tang join them, showcasing refined Cantonese flavors in a menu that defines gastronomic artistry.

The festival extends beyond fine dining with Gourmet Avenue, where award-winning restaurants recognized by the Michelin Guide and Black Pearl Restaurant Guide serve signature dishes. For four days, guests can sample creations by chefs like Alvin Leung of two-Michelin-starred Bo Innovation and Anne-Sophie Pic, the world’s most Michelin-decorated female chef.
New discoveries await with wines from the Czech Republic, Belgium, Norway, and Austria, alongside rising Chinese vintages gaining worldwide acclaim. A self-guided pairing journey allows visitors to explore varietals like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Merlot, and Shiraz, matched with foods to unlock bold, unexpected harmonies. Surprise collaborations promise to elevate the festival even further.
