APO Group partners with APIX Senegal for Fii Senegal 2025 promotion

Senegal is preparing to take center stage in the global investment landscape with the announcement of a new partnership between APO Group and APIX Senegal S.A.. The collaboration will ensure international visibility for the second edition of the Forum Invest In Senegal (Fii Senegal 2025), scheduled for 7–8 October 2025 at the CICAD in Diamniadio.

APO Group takes lead on communications

As part of the agreement, APO Group has been appointed the exclusive pan-African public relations and communications partner for the event. Its role will include developing a comprehensive communications strategy to amplify the forum’s reach across Africa and globally.

With its media network spanning all 54 African countries, APO Group will ensure Fii Senegal 2025 reaches business leaders, policymakers, and investors worldwide. In addition to media relations, the consultancy will support content development, digital engagement, and stakeholder communications to highlight Senegal’s competitive edge as an investment hub.

Nicolas Pompigne-Mognard, Founder and Chairman of APO Group, emphasized the mission-driven nature of the collaboration, stating that APO is proud to support African economies and spotlight Senegal’s potential as a leading investment destination.

Senegal’s vision for sustainable growth

Under the leadership of President Bassirou Diomaye Diakhar Faye, Senegal is implementing reforms aligned with Vision Sénégal 2050, aiming to strengthen its role as a regional and global trade hub. The government has focused on regulatory transparency, incentives, and infrastructure development to enhance competitiveness.

From oil and gas to renewable energy, ICT, agribusiness, and tourism, Senegal is diversifying its economy while positioning itself as the gateway to West Africa. With strong political stability, peaceful democratic transitions, and membership in ECOWAS, UEMOA, and AfCFTA, Senegal offers access to a market of over 400 million consumers.

Bakary Séga Bathily, Director-General of APIX Sénégal S.A., called Fii Senegal 2025 a statement of the country’s stability and ambition. He noted that world-class infrastructure, a skilled workforce, and strategic geography make Senegal “open for business and ready to engage with African and global investors.”
