Canon Central & North Africa (CCNA) has been honored with two Gold Awards at the 2025 Brandon Hall Group™ HCM Excellence Awards®, widely regarded as the “Academy Awards of Human Capital Management.” The awards recognize global leaders in talent development, employee experience, and inclusivity in the workplace.

This marks CCNA’s first-ever entry into the awards program, and the company won Golds across both applied categories, underscoring the meaningful impact of its initiatives on employee growth and organizational goals.

CCNA’s Future Leader Program offers a structured and personalized development journey, preparing high-potential employees for critical leadership roles. The program strengthens both talent and organizational growth while drawing inspiration from the San-ji philosophy, which emphasizes self-management, self-motivation, and self-awareness. Each program participant is co-led by their manager and enabled by HR.
