WomenIN Festival 2025 brings LIMITLESS empowerment to Newlands this November

The countdown has begun for WomenIN Festival 2025, set to take place on 13–14 November at Newlands Cricket Ground in Cape Town. Bringing together more than 60 powerhouse speakers, 1,000+ attendees, and voices across 17 industries, the festival promises an unforgettable two-day journey of leadership, collaboration, wellness, and empowerment.

This year’s theme, LIMITLESS — No Labels. No Limits. No Apologies, sets the tone for stories of women who are breaking barriers, defying convention, and driving meaningful change.

Day 1: Unapologetically Her — Owning Your Brilliance. Breaking the Mold.

The first day focuses on women redefining leadership on their own terms. Key highlights include:

• President Zingiswa Losi delivering Power Without Permission: Redefining Leadership, Labour, and Legacy

• Thando Hopa presenting Unapologetically Bold: Redefining Possibility

Sessions and masterclasses will cover:

• Money, Power, Freedom: financial literacy, negotiating worth, and wealth-building

• The Wellness Revolution: tackling burnout, mental health, and holistic self-care

• She Builds: entrepreneurship, funding, failing, and flourishing

• Unboxed: creatives embracing authentic expression

• Designing a Limitless Life: vision mapping and values-driven goal setting

Day 2: Unstoppable Us — Collective Strength. Radical Collaboration.

The second day highlights the collective power of women through solidarity and mentorship. Sessions include:

• Sisterhood is a Strategy – mentorship and community building

• Motherhood Meets Mission – balancing career, parenthood, and purpose

• Shaping the Future of Women’s Football – pathways and leadership

• Women, AI & Empowerment – smashing ceilings in STEM and tech

• The Queen Syndrome – overcoming rivalry and fostering solidarity

• GBV sessions and a self-defence class in partnership with MOSAIC, Women For Change, and Fight Back SA

The day also features sector-specific panels, practical masterclasses, wellness activations, and live announcements.
