Hyra Network, a trailblazer in decentralized AI and sovereign digital infrastructure, has earned global recognition after being awarded the WITSA Chairman’s Award 2025 at the World Innovation, Technology and Services Alliance (WITSA) Global AI Summit. This honor, the organization’s highest accolade, is presented annually to a single winner worldwide. Hyra Network is now the first decentralized AI platform to receive this distinction.

John Tran, Founder and Chairman of Hyra Holdings and Hyra Network, accepted the award, which highlights both Hyra’s groundbreaking architecture and its vision of decentralized digital sovereignty.

Hyra Network’s decentralized AI breakthrough

Hyra Network is built on a Layer-3 blockchain, combining a verifiable compute grid with on-chain DAO governance. Its Hyra AI platform provides transparency, privacy protections, and user control, allowing governments, enterprises, and citizens to oversee AI responsibly.

Dato’ Dr. Sean Seah Kok Wah, Chairman of WITSA, praised Hyra’s innovation, stating that its decentralized model sets a new benchmark for the future of AI. With its guiding principle that “AI is a public resource,” Hyra is working to make independent, community-owned AI a reality.

Building a sovereign digital civilization

By August 2025, Hyra Network had connected more than 2.7 million devices across 200+ countries, proving that decentralized AI can operate at scale. With hundreds of thousands of active nodes, its ecosystem includes:

  • Hyra AI – a verifiable, edge-native inference platform.

  • Hyra Zone – a decentralized GPU training network.

  • Hyra Mega – a marketplace for models, datasets, and APIs.

Together, these platforms serve as an “Operating System for the Era of Digital Sovereignty,” empowering individuals and organizations to deploy and audit AI independently without reliance on centralized Big Tech.

Looking ahead, Hyra is strengthening its global expansion with a new UAE hub and is preparing for a Nasdaq IPO in 2030 with a $10B target, aiming to solidify its place among the world’s most influential technology companies.
