Postal 2 Redux storms back with upgraded chaos, Steam and PlayStation pages now live
Two decades after its explosive debut, POSTAL 2 is back and meaner than ever with the official reveal of POSTAL 2 Redux. The newly launched Steam and PlayStation Store pages now let players wishlist the game and follow the carnage as it barrels toward a full release on modern platforms. A Kickstarter campaign is also underway, inviting fans to be part of the revival.
Developed by Impact Inked, Team Beef, and the original chaos architects at Running With Scissors, POSTAL 2 Redux is a ground-up reimagining of the 2003 cult classic. Rebuilt in Unity, the infamous open-world FPS ditches the old Unreal Engine 1.5 in favor of full modern enhancements—bringing smarter AI, a seamless streaming world, and even more gleeful destruction to Paradise, Arizona.

Players will again step into the boots of the POSTAL Dude, tasked with completing mundane (and not-so-mundane) errands throughout a twisted version of American suburbia. Whether players choose chaos or pacifism, the Redux offers total freedom in how to navigate a week’s worth of errands filled with satire, bodily fluids, and unpredictable encounters.
